Food Safety Management System Program

It's already a year since I attended the Food Safety Management System(FSMS) Certification Program that been organised and sponsored by Pusat Alumni USIM.  

Basically, this is a program that exposed the participants about HACCP and GMP. These are the crucial certificate that normally applied by manufacturer. This program focussed on HACCP and GMP system in food industry. 

Other than that, we been explained and trained on how to develop HACCP document, draft floor plan and execute internal audit and explanation on ISO 22000. There also a slot for Introduction to Halal system. What I can say is there were too many knowledge and experience that i gained from this 10 days program.

The trainer were among SIRIM trainer as this program been certified by SIRIM SATS. There were a lot of exposure that related to food safety during this program.

I'am very grateful had been given a chance to join this program and proudly passed the exam for this certification. 😇
